DanCovatta Managing Director Special Situations Trading
Daniel J. Covatta is a Managing Director in Special Situations Trading at Thomas Weisel Partners. He joined the firm in 2007 and is based in San Francisco. Daniel brings more than 10 years experience in equity capital markets to the firm. Previously he was an executive director at UBS Investment Bank and a vice president at JP Morgan H&Q. He began his career as a trading associate for Robertson Stephens as part of the venture services group. Daniel earned an AB degree from Duke University.
