Horst Hueniken came to Thomas Weisel Partners in January 2008 as part of the Westwind Partners acquisition, where he was a co-founder of the firm in 2002. He has more than eighteen years of stock picking experience. In 2006, Horst was ranked #1 for stock picking by Starmine in the category of non-bank financial services. His prior experience includes working as a ranked analyst at Burns Fry Ltd. and TD Securities Inc. Horst received a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, and a Master of Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario. He is based in Toronto.
