Jason Stack is a Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Thomas Weisel Partners. Jason has over 11 years of M&A and structured transactions experience across a broad spectrum of industries, and has focused on technology and healthcare companies since joining the firm in 2001. Prior to joining TWP, Jason worked at Harlingwood Partners LLC, a private equity firm focused on building companies rapidly through acquisition and consolidation strategies. Jason started his career in 1994 in the Restructuring and Middle Market M&A departments of Houlihan Lokey Howard and Zukin. Jason received a BS degree from Georgetown University and an MBA degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
