Arthur H. Kwan is a Vice President of Energy Investment Banking at Thomas Weisel Partners. He came to Thomas Weisel Partners in January 2008 as part of the Westwind Partners acquisition, after joining the firm in 2005. Arthur is based in Calgary. Previously, he was an Associate in Corporate Finance at Peters & Co. Limited and an Analyst in Investment Banking at Scotia Capital Inc. Arthur received a BBA in Finance from Simon Fraser University and an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University. He holds a CFA designation from the CFA Institute.
