Bill McLeod is a Senior Managing Director, Co-Head of Investment Banking and Head of Capital Markets at Thomas Weisel Partners. Bill joined the firm in 2004 and is based in San Francisco. He began his investment banking career in 1988 and has more than 17 years of experience. Bill’s background includes acting as Co-Head of US Equity Capital Markets at Banc of America Securities in San Francisco and serving in Equity Capital Markets, Investment Banking and M&A roles with J.P. Morgan in New York. Bill earned an MBA degree from the University of Chicago and a BBA degree from Southern Methodist University.

Brad Raymond is Co-Head of Investment Banking and a Senior Managing Director in Software, Media and Telecom Investment Banking at Thomas Weisel Partners. Brad joined the firm in 2004 and is based in New York. He has more than 14 years of technology investment banking experience. Prior to joining the firm, Brad was Co-Head of Software Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley. Previously he was in the Technology M&A Group at JP Morgan and an Analyst at Alex. Brown & Sons. Brad is actively involved in the community including being on the Board of New York City Outward Bound and a Trustee for the Westminster School, Brad received a BA degree from Harvard College and an MBA from Berkeley Haas School of Business.

Amy Freedman is Chief Operating Officer of Investment Banking at Thomas Weisel Partners. She came to Thomas Weisel Partners in January 2008 as part of the Westwind Partners acquisition, after joining the firm in 2005. Amy is based in Toronto. Previously, she was a vice president at National Bank Financial and at Morgan Stanley. Amy received a BA degree from the University of Western Ontario, as well as MBA and JD degrees from the University of Toronto.
