The summer program begins in June and lasts approximately 10 weeks. As a summer associate, you are reviewed at the midway point and the end of the summer program. The purpose of the mid-term review is for you to receive constructive feedback on your performance and to gain a clear understanding of what you would need to do to be considered for a full-time associate position.
At the end of the summer, you will receive a final review and learn whether you will be offered a full-time associate position with the Firm.
