Analysts are often involved with multiple simultaneous projects and are responsible for researching, analyzing and creating presentations related to transaction development and execution. Specifically, analysts assess companies’ financial and operational performance, build financial models to depict a company’s historical and future results and present conclusions and write offering memorandums to describe a company’s strategy and growth prospects.
