As an engineering major, I was interested in technology; Thomas Weisel Partners’ strong presence in the sector really caught my attention, but it was the culture of the office and the people I met during the recruiting and interviewing process that made me choose Thomas Weisel Partners.

In my role, I have had a great deal of exposure to senior level management all the way up to the managing director level. It is exciting to have a direct impact on a company’s financial future and to know you are an important part of a huge transaction for a given company. The culture at Thomas Weisel Partners is definitely more personal. You are not treated as “just another analyst” but as an integral member of your team.
