During the recruiting process I was looking for a bank that worked with entrepreneurial companies where I could make a meaningful impact even at a junior level. TWP fit that bill and since joining the firm I’ve had ample exposure to senior management teams in both financing and M&A advisory roles. What sets TWP apart from other banks is its people and its culture.

At TWP, analysts have direct exposure to VP through MD level bankers, which allows us to tap into their years of experience and knowledge. Analysts are viewed as integral team members, not just bodies in the office.
